CAN WE PUT ON A SHOW, OR WHAT?
Were you there? The Texas811 Damage Prevention Summit for 2017 was a huge success!
From the vendors – who overflowed into the hall outside of the exhibit space – to the classes and workshops, to the attendees who kept things moving – it was the best Damage Prevention Summit to date.
Texas811 President Mike Losawyer spoke about what our commitment to public safety means to you.
Khrysanne Kerry gave an update on CGA Connect.
The Damage Prevention Councils of Texas held a well-attended round table discussion on damage prevention.
And of course there was a kick-off golf tournament, too!
And – we were happy to formally introduce the the newest member of the Texas811 team, former Railroad Commission of Texas manager David Ferguson who will be focusing on pipeline damage prevention.
If you missed it, we’ll be back next year – and we’ll update you on some upcoming video from this year’s event.
In other news – the next PipelineResponse/Mock Line Strike Safety Day event is scheduled for March 16th in Wichita Falls. Read more here: www.diggingtexas811.com
And coming up on April 21st – the 20th annual Texas811 Golf Tournament at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas. If you’re looking to play, sponsor, or donate, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
Until next time, safe digging!
